One of the nicest people I know, and I just want to say publicly how much I adore and admire her.

LitPark was founded in September 2006 as a playground for writers. Originally, LitPark featured a question all visitors were invited to answer, an interview related to that same topic, and finally a wrap-up of what was discussed during that cycle.
Now LitPark has scaled back to a single question asked of the community every first Monday of the month. Feel free to join the conversation!

I want to say it, too.
Thanks for posting this, Sue.
We all wish Patry the best. We’ve been doing this a long time, listening to the waitress tales while she worked towards getting her book deal, reveling in her success when it finally came, encouraging the second book, and now, worrying and praying for a swift and complete recovery.
If you measure your life by how much love you put into the world and how much others love you, then Patry is the best example of how to do it right.
Yes, indeed! I’m sending her x’s and o’s, too.
add my admiration and white light.
Patry’s blog post bears out what you say, Susan. I’d add brave to your list. Hugs to you, Patry.
Sending my love to Patry for a fast recovery.
xxoo,
Jessica
